The small diameter dilator attachment provides smooth and controled dilation along the entire long axis of the inserted portion. This arrangement is for situations where dilation therapy is recommended over massage, manipulation or trigger point release options, as may be the case in vaginismus patients.

This attachment slowly dilates to its full extent and then retracts to its original state. The user of the device may, by using the controls on the Endossage control panel, stop the dilation at any point and then reverse the motion to contracted state if the full extent is not required or too intense.

The user may also select a pulsation mode to cycle the dilation within a range automatically and can adjust the speed of dilation and or pulsation as well.

This attachment is for use with the Endossage OPT or Endossage IPT base units.

A low G vibration can be added within the tip of the attachment if required at additional cost.
